BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives staff report DO2024-05 with respect to the Connecting Link Contract Award (Owen Sound Street Resurfacing); AND THAT Council awards Contract M22028 to Forest Contractors Limited, being the lowest qualified submission, and inclusive of provisional Items in the amount of $780,615.81 plus HST; AND THAT Council directs staff to include scope enhancements that remain within the eligible funding limit (additional $264,547.70) as previously approved by Council and authorizes the CAO to approve the costs for the enhancements remaining within the approved budget and funding limit.
