BE IT RESOLVED THAT after considering the application the Committee is satisfied with allowing this consent for the purpose of severing 38.1 square metres of land from 18 School Road and adding this lot area to 20 School Road. The Committee, having regard to those matters under subsection 51(24) of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13., as amended, resolves to grant provisional consent subject to the following conditions being fulfilled: That the Secretary-Treasurer’s Certificate under subsection 53(42) of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, shall be issued and the Secretary-Treasurer’s fee be paid; That a solicitor’s undertaking be provided to the satisfaction of the Town, confirming that: the lands to be severed, being approximately 38.1 square metres and identified as Part 2 on the draft reference plan prepared by Van Harten Surveying Inc., will be conveyed to and merged in title with the adjoining property municipally known as 20 School Road; the severed parcel and benefiting lands will be consolidated under Land Titles into one P.I.N.; and, the lands to be retained will be consolidated under Land Titles into one P.I.N. That Section 50(3) or (5) of the Planning Act shall apply to any subsequent conveyance or transfer of the severed parcel and the Certificate under Section 53(42) of the Planning Act shall contain reference to this stipulation; Approval of the draft reference plan, as applicable, shall be obtained at the Committee of Adjustment office (Town of
