BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives report LS2025-03 for information; AND THAT Council grants relief to Schedule B of the Animal Control Bylaw subject to the conditions outlined in this report, allowing the resident to keep a falcon or hawk on their property, with proper conditions and oversight; AND THAT it will not negatively impact the community, ensuring both the welfare of the bird and the safety of the surrounding area; AND THAT the granting of relief does not permit the resident to train, hunt or allow the bird to fly freely within the Town of Shelburne boundary.
