BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Town of Shelburne receives report CAO2025-03 Shelburne Fiddle Park Upgrades Project Award of Tender for information; and THAT Council approves the Tender submission from TDI/XGD for a total of $2,358,142.52 plus HST.
