BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Town of Shelburne receives report CAO2025-01 420 Victoria Street Update: Sale and Zoning for information; AND THAT given the significant estimated costs and timelines required by the Town to be able to rezone the property to residential, that the zoning remain as Institutional/Commercial/Industrial (ICI) and that no further costs be allocated to property remediation or rezoning; AND THAT the property be sold under its current ICI zoning with the restriction that any future buildings will be slab on grade with no basement; AND THAT the previously recommended sewage servicing allocation of 2 m3/day in addition to the existing allocation of 1 m3/day for ICI redevelopment of the site be maintained and that the property is granted Stage 1 priority.
